By placing an order at My Rising Rose, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old before purchasing any service and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at My Rising Rose for the sale and supply of any service or course. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory or consumer rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be legally binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by My Rising Rose in accordance to The General Data Protection Act (GDPR). The personal information you provide will be used to ensure a record of your custom as well providing you with information on our services or digital products. The information you provide is solely available to My Rising Rose and will not be shared with other third parties without prior consent. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request My Rising Rose to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the My Rising Rose conditions, you agree to the above.
PAYMENT POLICY
All services and courses remain My Rising Rose’s intellectual property and even upon payment of a service or digital product the intellectual property rights remain with My Rising Rose. The price applicable is set at the date on which you place your order. If you are under 18 years old you are not eligible to purchase a service from My Rising Rose. My Rising Rose holds the right to withdraw you completely from any service plan or course if you fail to keep up with payments. My Rising Rose will always seek to re-enroll your subscription to any package plan, course or service once payments are made.
All transfers conducted through My Rising Rose are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Stripe Payments and PayPal are the third parties used to complete payments via My Rising Rose and neither companies are responsible for any content, interactions or transfers made on: https://www.myrisingrose.com
PRODUCT/SERVICE INFORMATION
All services are offered online via Google Meet in the stated online location. My Rising Rose reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and service offerings without prior notice, however the price of a service or product that you purchase will remain the same for you for the entire duration of your service. At the event of when a service is sold out, My Rising Rose has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best manner possible. My Rising Rose shall also notify the customer of relevant replacement services where possible. My Rising Rose also holds the right to refund or cancel any orders made when perceived as necessary at our discretion.

We must state that My Rising Rose cannot and does not give any guarantees on results or earnings with our information, services or programs. By making a purchase with My Rising Rose you understand that nothing or no one associated with the My Rising Rose brand has made any promises, implications, suggestions, projections, representations or guarantees whatsoever about your future results or earnings in regards to the purchase of any My Rising Rose information, service or program. There are no guarantees on results or future earnings and you understand this before making a purchase in any capacity from My Rising Rose. All services, plans and courses are 100% non-refundable unless otherwise stated or agreed.
